Losing our freedom

Three police officers now permanently blind from the Oregon protests, lasers. Personally my biggest nightmare. Makes me want to cry, especially as I hear about how these protests are peaceful. The graffiti, injuries, deaths, terrorizing locals, destroying businesses, rock throwing like we are in the Middle East. There is a reason for throwing rocks. They can kill.

And the police can do nothing. Thanks to to the leaders. They have to stand there helplessly with their “ hands tied”. They are the problem?? I love the latest excuse or justification. “We became more violent because they sent the feds in”. This is insanity. Since when are we a country of excuses, justifications, and zero responsibility?!

When I turn on the news I have to remind myself this is America. So much has happened in such a short time period, just a few years. If someone had told me this was going to happen say in the 80s 90s I would not have believed them. Say what!!

A quick note, correction on the last blog entry. I meant if Biden wins everything will get back to normal.

I was literally in shock when I heard the opening of the hearing. Disgusting. Every word out of Nadler’s mouth was an absolute disgrace. I have never heard anything like this in Congress before. The government as we know it is gone. A shameful abuse of power. Ripping apart a good man who has done nothing to deserve any of this. Just like Flynn and others. In fact it’s not clear why there is even a hearing with Barr. The insanity continues. They want Trump out regardless of who they hurt, including the American people. It is more about their desire for power than Trump. He is just in their way and that is unacceptable, not as planned.
They will stop at nothing. Including using a virus not much worse than the influenza, which kills babies, unlike the covid. Yes, of course I care about people dying. Why can’t we have an opinion without being accused of not caring if people die. Opportunism does exist.
These people will stop at nothing with the frightening danger of citizens doing nothing or not bothering to do their research. Believing what the media tells them. Having everyone stay home extends the virus. As opposed to healthy people building up antibodies which helps everyone. Viruses burn themselves out. I would suggest listening to epidemiologists who know what they are talking about.

This covid situation along with the protesters is getting ridiculous. They are related. If Trump wins you wouldn’t notice, loses? Everything would settle down. God help us if we lose. I have never been so angry in my life. They (Whoever is running this organized effort) are destroying our country, our economy, our souls. They don’t care. It’s about power, destroy the country and then build it up “in your own image”. “Let’s start over”. Using young people to create chaos until November. Destroying what we have been raised with, have enjoyed for a long time. I am not a “conspiracy theorist”. Have always been into logic, common sense, facts. I am a pattern person, long view. Been watching things for a very long time. I can feel the change, along with evidence. All the changes, the underlying changes slowly “cooking the frog”. What astounds me, is the blind compliance, the sheepifying. This would not be happening if the American people were resisting. Some are, but not enough. If this does not change, we are in big trouble.

Historically, this has happened before. The slow drip. Everyone wanting to be polite, denying the reality of evil. 1930s Germany. Nazis.

Not wanting to be accused of overreacting. Yellow stars having to be worn on your coats if you were Jewish. No, it is not exactly the same, but it has the same feel. Conservatives, Christians being marginalized. Our beliefs are all evil, so we deserve to be shut up. Called racists and nazis. Freedom of Speech?? Tolerance??

Wow, we must be pretty evil to shut us down!? Good thing they are right and we have the libs guide us to truth.

A personal note. I get chemo every month. Because of the craziness, over-exaggeration of this virus, yes it’s real and I don’t want anyone to die. I am one of the high risk persons. I have lost my funding from a grant. Medicare pays quite a bit but…$5,000 for each infusion!?

Pushing through. First time I’ve done this kind of thing, a blog. I will try to be “regular”, (chronic illness), just giving you all a head’s up. Going for every other day.
Went to Applebee’s, almost no masks. Awesome! Not feeding into this hype. Of course anyone should be able to wear a mask. We are a country of freedom or were! But this horrible change has a creeping dread to it. We are being torn apart bit by bit. People need to wake up or we will lose our country, and our precious freedoms unmatched in the world. Nothing is black and white. Reality is a spectrum. Because I see things being exaggerated, even lied about as far as the extent of this “crisis” does not mean I’m an idiot that is thinking it’s not real. There’s more to all this!
Disagreement now is an opportunity for rejection or hate. So sad. This is not just about Trump, not like a typical election. If he wins, we are only talking about 4 years. Then what? What’s happening right now is serious, life changing! It’s about losing our freedom for good. Our way of life. It is historically difficult to get a country back, the world as you knew it.

This is complete insanity. A city in Oregon just tried to force masks, dependent on skin color!
This is not America!

For starters, I am aware people have died from this virus, as they have died every year from the influenza. Absolutely horrible, especially if it is a loved one. Why do I start this way? Because of the attacks, the put downs on sites like Facebook. If you bring up a different opinion, you are apparently not aware of people dying and worse, you don’t care.

Does anyone think this is not political? At all? Yes it is real. People are busy, but…

We all need to stop taking this beautiful country for granted. Our awesome freedoms, unprecedented in history. If unaware, and that is ok, time to educate yourself.
