What’s going on that most of the Media has NOT reported OR commented on the recent declaration, that the U.S. cannot presently use the U.K.’s bases along with the critically placed Diego Garcia in the Indian Ocean. I’ve searched many of my sources, and have come up with only a quip on Fox News. What is going on?? They’ve been our biggest ally except for maybe Israel. Now this is in regard to Iran, but what about the future?
This is a big deal! It was bad enough when Starmer decided to give the Chagos Islands to the Mauritians, despite them never having them in the first place. Our base happens to be on one of these islands, the Diego Garcia, which is exempted, or still under ownership of Britain, and they are saying we can’t use our own base??! Meanwhile China has been in the wings, working with Mauritius. No threat there. And this, along with not being able to use any of their bases!?! This is a slap in the face, a punch in the gut!!
